Majan is a master-planned district covering 1.5 million square meters, strategically located in the heart of Dubailand, one of Dubai’s largest and most ambitious mixed-use developments. Conceived as a dynamic urban hub, Majan is being developed by leading real estate companies Mizin Real Estate and Tameer Holdings. The project was launched in 2006, and today the area features a well-developed infrastructure network, including paved roads, utilities, and essential public services.
Majan is designed as a multifunctional community, offering a balanced mix of residential, commercial, and leisure facilities. Approximately 32% of the land is dedicated to residential developments, which consist mainly of mid-rise apartment buildings that cater to a range of lifestyle needs—from affordable housing to premium units. These properties are ideal for both end-users and investors, with many apartments ready for occupancy in fully completed complexes.
Retail and entertainment outlets occupy 44% of the district, making Majan a lively destination for shopping, dining, and leisure. The remaining 24% of the area is allocated for commercial use, including office spaces, service centers, and business hubs, creating opportunities for economic activity within the community.
While several key facilities and buildings are already operational, certain areas of the district remain under construction, with continuous development aimed at enhancing Majan’s appeal as a self-sustained urban environment within Dubailand.
